Tea drinking increases concentration, enhances the ability to learn and improves the ability to multi-task.   Research by Kimron Shapiro from the University of Wales department of psychology determined that caffeine was not responsible for the increase in mental capacities.  The study showed that people drinking tea out-performed subjects that were given a caffeine-only drink.
