
Infusion Guide
Conventional Method:
1. Warm the teapot by filling it half full with boiling water. Leave for over 20 seconds, then discard the water.
2. Add the recommended amount of tea. To rinse the tea leaves, pour in enough boiling water to circulate the leaves, then immediately discard the water.
3. Fill the teapot with fresh boiling water. Cover and infuse for the recommended duration. (Use 80°C for infusing Dragon Well and Emerald Spring Snails).
4. Decant the tea into cups, or into a serving pot. Avoid leaving liquid in the pot to prevent oversteeping the tea.
