CHARACTER
Named by the Emperor Kang Xi, and known to be one of his favourite
varietals. Fine leaf buds are curled into delicate spirals. A graceful
crisp tea with the fresh taste of asparagus and snow pea shoots.
Balanced with subtle fruit notes of dragon fruit to offer a purifying
expression of spring.
