Infusion Guide

Gongfu Method:

1. Pour boiled water inside and outside to wash and warm the teapot, then discard the water.

2. Add the recommended amount of tea. The dry loose leaves should fill the teapot according to the suggested volume.

3. To rinse the tea leaves, pour in 100°C boiling water until the vessel is full or slightly overflows. Discard the water immediately.

4. Brew the tea with the recommeded water temperature and time.

5. Decant the tea into cups, or into a serving pot.  Avoid leaving liquid in the pot to prevent oversteeping the tea.
