Shipping Rate

We ship to anywhere in the world at a simple flat rate of $9.95 CAD via Canada Post
(International orders outside Canada & US require a minimum order of $25.00)

Shipping Time

Canadian Customers:
Expedited Parcel
- 1 to 3 days within B.C., 2 - 7 days between major Canadian cities

US Customers:
Small Packets Air
- 4 to 10 days between major cities

International Customers:
Small Packets International Surface
- 4 to 6 weeks between major cities

Orders received on regular business days are shipped within 48 hours. Orders received on weekends that are extended by public holidays may require an additional day to process.

Payment Options

Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All payments are processed securely online through Paypal, the leading online payments processor.

Tax Concerns

Tea selections are tax-free.

Applicable Canadian taxes on all other products, including shipping charges are incorporated in our prices. The following taxes are included:

British Columbia, Canada: GST 6% plus PST 7%
All other Canadian provinces: GST 6%
United States & International: Tax free

Return Policy

We are confident about the outstanding quality of our products and know you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping, and replace your purchase or offer a full refund. We will refund your shipping charges if items are not shipped according to your purchase order, or if items arrive damaged because of poor packing.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Please wrap items in its original packaging to prevent possible breakage and include a copy of the original invoice. Insuring your parcel is recommended in returning items to us for your protection.

Refunds, when applicable will only be made by original form of payment.
